For those who attended the first annual Great Lakes Grand Prix..... opinions,thoughts,notable moments,pictures ?????

Everyone i spoke to had an awesome time. Congrats to all involved.

A special thanks to the Biber family and staff from Osprey for allowing hundreds of moto-heads to invade their clubby environment.

I was there and have to say it was the coolest race I have ever competed in ever! I loved the big up hills and down hills, the off cambers were the biggest I have ever seen. The track got rough and was incredible. I raced 3 classes Saturday and had a ball. I talked to some people who are friends with the guy who put it on and it sounds like they are going to do it next year as well. I also want to say how much of a great atmosphere it was. The mix of mx'er's, enduro guys, and trail guys was cool. I will defintly be there next year. Had a BLAST!

To be honest we were a little skeptical of the whole thing.Man were we PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.That place is AWESOME.A big THANK YOU goes out to the resort for not killing us on food and beverage prices.Everything at that resort was top notch.We had a great time.I hope they have it again next year just like it was this year.Don't try and make it into another side show event just leave it just like it was this year.Believe me once people here how GREAT the event was more people will attend.Talking with the resort staff they said that they were very happy with the turnout.

I do want to add also that we had breakfast Saturday morning and they didn't charge us. We camped out and went in the lodge for a great meal and we asked for the bill they said don't worry about it! Again the resort and staff and the grounds were amazing!

I'll see all you kats there next year. I'm gonna plan to go early to get a couple rounds of golf in beforehand.

Think I golfed the Classic and Tribute the first and only time I was there.

Why is there not a series for stuff like this?
Its like old school mx meets, east coast style worcs.

That place & mammoth east could both be a round.
