So I recently just snagged this baby, drove 800 miles round trip to get it. It is not in showroom condition, but very close. One owner, 99% original, sub 20 hour bike. With that being said I don't plan on this being a living room show piece, I want to turn it into a rad track weapon that I only take out on the nicest of days.
I am looking to go all out on this one, if anybody has leads on any HRC trick unobtanium please let me know. Specifically looking for Pipe, Silencer, HRC Hinson clutch cover (Yes that one nobody can seem to find). I already have a set of PC triple clamps, but a set of HRC would be nice too. Anything else is just a bonus!

Nice find, there are a few guys here with Hrc parts, keep an eye out in the for sale section .
Not sure why you would want to mod this , she's a beaut as she is 👍
Nice score great to see there’s some low hr 250,s out there . The cr250 feels like a works bike sitting on it. Use the hrc method for adjusting the pv it’s on yt. Pc 05 MC engine was a ripper . I think he holeshot a race in 05. Black foot had a strong engine also they got low end out of it some how.
I have the Blackfoot spec cylinder and head on my bike, the work was butchered so I think it would be really hard to get legit work out of Jeff for this engine, he seems more into the minis. I also just received a cylinder and head from PC, not sure when I’ll get a chance to install it

I've tossed around the idea of where to send the motor, I am torn between PC and Chad Watts. I made a post about this bike on a FB page and they've almost convinced me to turn it into a mancave talking piece. I might have to pick up another just to do what I want with it. The more I think about it, the more this is a sweet piece as is.
Those guys on FB aren't racers.... Build it! you can polish it when you get old....
There's a Pulp MX show where Mitch Payton said the 2005-2007 CR250 were some of his favorite to mod. He can make that bike scream!
