Loveland ski area is opening today with an 18 inch base. This is the earliest opening in 40 years .

Gotta love global warming.

I love it when people confuse any sort of GLOBAL issue and use LOCAL conditions to prove the GLOBAL issue isn't an issue.

It was hot as hell until this week, now it's cool. But it's supposed to be back up in the 90s by early next week.

Another thing I love is when people confuse the science with the politics, like using Al Gore's house as proof that the Global Warming thing is a scam, because his house is big, and he's the biggest proponent of fighting climate change.

Those are separate issues.

First, there's the science, which shows that global climate change is influenced by human activity.

Then, there's the politics. Cap and trade is politics, not science.
