The '22+ is already pretty stiff. Are looking to go stiffer? If so, I can't imagine that you are much outside the target range from stock. Maybe go to a 48N/mm in the fork but I can't imagine you would need to go up more than that. Of course I'm just estimating. I have a '21 and am a Vet Int and I am on stock spring. You are a little heavier and maybe faster than me, but the '22 is already stiffer than the '21.
Had my '22 done by Enzo a few montths ago. Set for 200# I'm vet INT for mx and race 50 expert offroad. They put in 50nm fork springs and 6.0 rear spring

Just curious (and for my own knowledge) did you go up that much on the spring rate on stock valving or was it to accomedate other internal changes? I only ask because on my Husky, the stock spring was fine when the bike was stock but once I got a different revalve, my shop suggested I go up 1 spring rate. It felt good, so no complaints, but I am just curious how much other changes inside a fork/shock sometimes affect the spring rate.
I can’t comment on YZ250F spring rates even thought I have a 2014 gathering dust in the garage. I can comment on big difference spring rates between factory and Racetech for my 2023 CRF250R. I weight about 219. The Honda stiff spring was quite a bit smaller than Racetech chart for my weight best I could tell. If I recall Honda recommended 52 Nmm, Racetech was 56 if I recall. I went with a Honda OEM spring. After installing setting sag and testing at the track I think the OEM stiff spring as Honda calls it was right for me.
I’d down load a Yamaha YZF service manual and compare to aftermarket just for grins.
I went with their recommnedations for spring rates and valving. I also had them install their spring tubes and shock compression adjuster.
