Maybe they are the same person so you would just fight one person.

I’m in if we can add 441 to the list. Dude’s stalking me like a 13 year old girl on Facebook.

How many hours do you get on a set of Sidi replaceable soles?

Around 30. Nice part is the replacements are cheap and can be changed out with 4 screws.

The screws go faster than the soles for me.

I wish Alpinestars would make the replacement insert under the balls of my feet instead of the arches. The inserts on my Tech 7's have no wear.

The newer tech 10 replaceable part goes almost to the toe.

They do get pretty chewed up. I’m doing them every other time I change soles unless the screws are difficult to get out.

Any idea when sg12s will come out with new colors? I need a new pair but I’m not paying top dollar for the same ones they’ve had out for 2-3 years now. Been keeping an eye out for a sale on them for months but nothing so far

Sg12 all the way. I’ve owned both and the tech 10s are overbuilt knee-destroyers. I’m in Sidi atojos now and they are good, but the fit is a little off for me. Close second behind the SG12, otherwise. They’re super light so that might edge them in from of the SGs if you’re particular about that and they fit you well.

My son put about 130 hours on his SG's this year.  He likes the ankle support in the G's but does notice the weight.  It's not a deal breaker but they are heavy due to their build.  It does add up on long practice and race days.  They hold up fantastic.  The only issue I have seen on two different sets were that the buckles come loose.  Take some tread locker to them before they fall off.

I am buying new boots and I ordered the SG12 and they had some pinch spots on my ankles, so I just returned to cycle gear. I decided to go with the Tech 10 boots (had already tried them on, just wanted to make sure and try the Gaerne). They were more comfortable to me. Just remember we all have different feet, so what is good for me may not be good for you.
