Killer job! Looks fantastic. Dig that stinger silencer and vented front plate.

Is it a rider or showpiece?

Sick! That’s not a 99 or 2000?

Yeah, I don't think that's a 96, looks like a 99.

Beautiful bike, though!

It’s a 96. We put a 99 front end on because the original forks were trashed.

Nice work, thing is beautiful.  My 98 125 might end up looking like it's little brother but I just did the frame black.  I just ordered those same mag. ignition and clutch covers and I'm still trying to decide on rims but have been leaning toward gold or silver.

Did you have to try and find new Bills sticker?  I'm just refurbing the Bills exhaust on mine and I am trying to source an old school silencer sticker!

Oh ya I just checked out your build thread and looks awesome so far. Gold or yellow rims I think are always the way to go for Suzukis. I guess gold is more era correct. As for the Bills, the pipe here is a Noleen with a Bulls silencer. And the sticker is original. I don’t know of anyone remaking them unfortunately. I wonder if someone at Bills still has the vector file to print off a few.

Ya, I love the yellow rims but I think I want to go gold to line up with the period.  I am definitely going to check with Bills on stickers for the hell of it.

If its a rider would you consider selling the NOS pro tapers? I hate to see those get ruined. Nice build!

Too bad the original forks were trashed, they were awesome! I've owned thirteen RM250s and my 96 and 97 were definitely among the best.
