Personally, I have absolutely no problem with anybody's religious beliefs as long as they keep the proselytizing to a minimum. When it's on the podium of a nationally televised mx race, it comes across a little self righteous.

Ask yourself this though - If a young kid wants to get up on a podium and thank his particular imaginary friend, then what possible harm can it do?

BUT as seen all around in the world, and why conflict starts there are always people with the inability to question their leaders, their fathers and their Gods and believes. I'm not saying Ryan is starting a war or conflict here, but in my view his relation with God SYMBOLS the insecureness and the inability to questioning yourself that in certain situation can make you a bad decision-maker of influencer?

The parent kid angle: My view on parents is that they obviously should love you nevertheless. If dad rejects you if you disagree with his politics or religious believes maybe you are better of without him...

Humans don't like not knowing things, and saying that "god" created the earth instead of saying "who knows?" was easier to swallow. As science has evolved and consistently proven religion wrong, I don't understand how people can continue to believe in it.
