What are some trick mods you guys are aware of for the 2022 RMZ 250s and 450s? To my honda there was things like adding a spacer between the airbox and filter cage, running a different throttle body or airbox.
Dialing in spring rates (If needed), twin air powerflow kit (or cut out wire of stock air filter cage), cut out some extra area on sides of airbox, heavier clutch springs.
Past that, having head modified, tuning, custom cams by someone reputable (Baker Speed in my case) can be awesome if you care to go there.
Kawasaki torque specs, there’s a write up on here if you search it, pc or ride engineering link
It’s pretty trick to scrap them for raw materials and then buy any other brand. Lol
Like Luke said, a link and looser torque specs go a long way. I have FCP mounts, Evo bars, revalved forks, shock off of a 21 rmz 250, and loosened torque on engine mounts and triple clamps. I haven't even got to test out my new shock yet....winter time here in Montana lol. Not sure if you are looking for comfort or bling, but those mods definitely help with comfort.

Luxon 4-Post Bar Mounts
$189.95 - $239.95
Other than a call to Enzo I can't think of a single thing you would need.
Stretching them hamstrings is the best mod you can do on a Suzuki.
I got a 250 shock as well, was waiting until I had my forks serviced to put it on, can’t wait to try it
Suspension done by Enzo and throw an FMF full system on. You’ll lose weight and gains significant amount of throttle response and power. That’s really all you need.
On my 18' 450, I've done FCP engine mounts, Kawasaki torque specs, softer durometer cones in the bar clamps, PC linkage full FMF 4.1 and a CP piston and by far the engine mounts bar mounts and looser torque specs made the biggest difference. Reduced the vibration ten fold and made it so I can hang onto the bike for an entire moto without getting totally smoked
