For both of you who are still wondering why the second 250 moto at Budds Creek got red-flagged, check out this photo. You can see the pond overflowing, and seriously flooding the lower part of the track.

The ponds were just dredged a couple years ago and Jonathan stays on top of that......he was hit with a $100k fine when the authorities "traced" sediment run off all the way back to the track after his 1st national.
