if the Lions have even a half-decent Defense they are 4-0 right now.

Pathetic defense is an understatement
Both of those teams were playing the Matador defensive scheme......!

Felt like an NBA game the way they were running up and down the field. Amazing that the Seahawks didn't have a single punt in that game.

Just saw that the Seahawks/Lions game is the first 48-45 game in NFL history. Hard to believe that there are many unique scoring combos left by now…..

If the guy had on a red jersey he would have never been tackled. At least by a Ram.

Clearly, the Rams were no match for the Cowboys.
Please continue with your Bart fart.

It might seem like an exaggeration but if the Rams offensive line doesn't find a way to give Stafford 1 or 2 more seconds, they may not win another game. Opposing defenses are teeing off.

True, but Dallas is remarkably tough.
Everyone is going to have a rough day against those boys.

I thought the Bears had a chance after the 50+ run in by Fields but no a penalty voided that.

We still have "OUR" SuperBowl to look forward to.

"With the first pick in the 2023 NFL Draft the Detroit Lions select..............."

FYI: I'm not piling on, longtime suffering Lions fan. I was there when Barry went over 2000 yards.

Not really making fun of peely. I actually have a soft spot for the Lions. One of my college roommates suffered a life changing/career ending injury while playing for the Lions and the team has consistently stuck by him for 30 years now. That’s pretty damn impressive, no matter how many games they win!!!!!
You show as being from Washington so you must be talking Mike Utley.

I remember that game like it was yesterday. He's been a better inspiration than he ever would have been a player. The NFL version of a Doug Henry. That was the beginning of the end for the Lions. Utley and Eric Andolsek who was run over and killed in that off season were going to be really good linemen.

Sample of Lions luck:
Only major sport to have a player dies on the field Chuck Hughes
Utley getting paralyzed
Andolsek getting run over by a gravel train while mowing his grass
Reggie Brown who would have been a great LB needing to have his life saved on the field and a career ending injury with temporary paralysis.

not to make light of the grave topics your're bringing up, but how about Nate Burleson breaking his am driving down the road trying to save his pizza from falling on the floor, effectively ending his career...

Just more evidence of the Cursed Lions.

Not to make even lighter of the subject but I've been in Florida long enough that I'd do some sketchy shit to save a good Detroit style pizza.

I really thought that the Broncos would be contenders after adding Wilson this year. Hard to believe that they’ve only scored 20 points or more once this season, and that was in a loss to a pretty bad Raiders team.

I had really hoped that Wilson stayed in Seattle, but so far it looks like the Seahawks made a wise business decision.

Ended his playing career, but he has transitioned into somebody that people will be listening to for quite some time.

Nice job having them leading into the 4th quarter then once again stealing defeat from the jaws of victory.

Probably more leer jets than that in tiny Green Bay on game day. Not very many people like the team in town. They force chics working at grocery stores to wear packer jerseys. I asked 1 who is that ? She said I don’t know either they hand them out and tell us we hv to wear the Jerseys. For the local news they show kindergarten teachers leading the chant go pack go. Super sad and annoying. Truth is most people don’t watch or like the packers. I rarely run into anyone across America that watches nfl anymore.

I like how Seattle is “re-building”. They found a mean running back in Walker; offensive line is maturing quite nicely; and who are these defensive backs? Do we have time to talk about Goodwin, that little long jumper?

Seahawks look like they are ready to EXPLODE!!!

Bears have a hard time scoring.
Cowboys squeak by.

Coming from a lifelong Cowboys fan.
