The woman is speaking slovak and english and the guy (former 125cc racer Petr Kovář) is speaking czech and german. When you got there families from all over europe contending for emx titles it comes in handy to be able to convey important info in multiple languages.

Figured that was probably why but I can't think of any other time something like that was set up, but I guess it's probably not that uncommon and I just have very limited knowledge of it

The DNF for Vettik - has that something to do with him punching the other fellow in the Helmet? The things you do in the heat of the moment Whistling I've done some (very) stupid things when riled, but not thumped a Helmet with full force.

I've been turning handles and making sparks in the workshop, so missing bits and pieces, but I think Malin said at the time of the incident : go to / pick up your bike , and / or : I wonder if Vettik will be able to finish the race with a damaged hand....... or, something along those lines . Woohoo

I thought I'd missed the E mini race, but, it just started. A veritable swarm of the little things with an age limit of 8 years old. With a bundle of them coming a cropper in the first corner. They are bloody quick, and it must be a bit intimidating for them, and the 65s and 85s getting on a torn up GP track. Impressive little Blokes and Blokettes.

Yoinks, Malin just said perhaps some riders bikes ran out of charge - that will make a few 'antis' day.

Seewer is a great rider, I'd love to see him get a title in the next few years.

Juck : get yourself to Europe some time. I've found myself sitting with groups of people seamlessly going through 4 / 5 / 6 or more languages, with dopey old me just in awe of others ability to communicate. I know English, and make an effort to get into my thick head the very basics of wherever I'm at, but, as an old Aussie, the one advantage I have over most, is, I do speak The Language Of The Gods : 'Strine! That always baffles even the most linguistically talented Euros.

That win has gotta be huge for both Geerts and Vialle mentally, has some momentum going into Lommel, looking good for Jago at the moment

Hit a kicker or something at the end of pit lane and went flying over the bars I believe. Don't think they showed it in the highlights but it was huge

On saturday watched Lapucci, he jumped big table, after landing lost control, flew over the first fence, then crashed hard into next solid fence. It looks horrible. Anyone knows his current condition?

Love seeing my homie Tomas Kohut #45 P13 overall in MX2. Local boy, on (well managed) privateer team, great and humble guy.

Also a Great story btw, he paused riding for like 2 years after being mentally spent from the sport, and now coming back in big fashion. Love it. Great kid with and a great family. I was actually rushing out his jersey prints on Thursday and Friday before the race, Glad it helped Smile Smile Smile

Has the Championship lead ever been swapped between 2 riders as often in a season? Almost seems like Geerts and Vialle are taking it from each other race by race.

Yeah was surprised to see him ride like that, super result! Just a shame he has to leave the class due to age, otherwise interesting guy for a team to pick up.

Very good result on mostly stock (looks like) bike. It has something to do with Martin Kohut?

Yup. It's Martin Kohut's younger brother. Martin was also really good talent, shame about his injuries. A solid moto family. His dad as a mechanic for both of them, and his uncle still races som local AM events.

As far as the bike goes. Fairly stock, I think they have a limited KTM support through the dealer, but its mostly parts and bikes. Other than that, all add-ons are the usual ones from sponsors around. Mostly shops though. But I have to say that www.osickamxteam.com is very solid effort. Great team!
