Thought I’d give this a try. Starts normal and runs great for about 15 minutes and then the engine will quit below 1/8 throttle. Let the bike sit for 10-15 minutes and starts right up, idles normal and runs great for about the same time then the cycle starts over again. I’ve cleaned the different sensor connectors but know change. So weird, the price you pay for technology 😂.

Your gas cap vent tube straight and open? Could be getting a vacuum and the fuel pump can't build pressure.

I've had this ^^^ happen due to a bad aftermarket checkvalve breather I installed on my gas cap hose.

Same symptoms you describe exactly.

A super easy first check!

I’ll never use anything but the good old vent line straight down the steering stem, even those Free Flo “No slop” hoses just seem like one more thing to fail…

Vent line, interesting. I'll double check that! Maybe the check valve in the fuel cap? Wonder how you could check that?

When the bike starts acting up, remove the fuel cap and see if that fixes it.

How many hours on this bike? Still stock fuel pump and filter?

Blow in hose toward cap. Air should flow.
