Sending a e mail won’t help either. Just send you back a canned response, to a question you didn’t ask.

Sent three emails to them, no response.

Contacted them on Facebook. Canned response, not listening to the request or owning it.

Trust me, one email won't do shit but if they get an email from 75% of their subscriber base i guarantee you it will. Business will ultimately do what's in the best interest of their bottom line so if they understand they're not going to get away with skinning people from both sides they'll make changes

I'm not happy about a few things.

First is that there is no ability to rewind a live event, that's a basic function and meant that I had to wait for replays which delayed me watching for 7 hours.

Second is that the replays took forever to be up. After waiting 4 hours I ended up watching the first 3 motos on YouTube. It's crazy that some random person can beat them to uploading a race by 5 hours or so.

Thirdly was the stupid commercials and content. They talk about sponsor requirements, but I'm pretty sure that doesn't include historical rider bios mid-race, or stupid crowd footage, or long title cards. That is basic production stuff that they need to get right. The amount of racing shown in 250 moto 2 was an abomination. Even the stupid box ads would have looked better without the box and managed to show more racing with a transparent logo. The number of commercials is insane too, make it 1 or 2 cuts per race for a maximum of 1 minute each, and eliminate the stupid intros/outros that eat into race time.

I'm not at all happy given this is a paid subscription that many have taken explicitly for motocross.

F**K sending them emails or blasting them on social media. Cancel your subscriptions....that's the only thing they will listen to. $$$$ talks.

I'm dropping coverage after the 1 month ends. I'd rather watch Youtube highlights over what they gave us today.
