Who was the oldest rider to win a 250SX championship? Will Christian Craig become the oldest at 30?
He's older than Eli, who of course is about to set the record for a 450SX title at 29.

Oh I didn't remember he had a SX title. I find the current age trend interesting, it would be cool to see a few of the top guys go well into their 30s like Brayton. I think we may need it, there doesn't seem to be a lot of depth in the 17-20 age group right now besides Jett.

He got shit, but you didn’t have keyboard warriors back then. But he didn’t care, he got a factory ride and got paid a pile of cash to do it. Once he did it, people respected it.

I honestly think that Dowd wouldn’t get the amount of crap today that Craig gets, because everyone loved him and his humble start.

Dowd started racing at 19. Not professionally racing. Racing. He’s a classic story of a rider who forged his path by sheer will & determination. John fought for every crumb, even when he deserved more.

Craig, on the other hand…
