Hubbard...who is painful to watch/listen to. That whole show is a train wreck now.

They need to go back to Blair and Holley. I can't imagine how much more money they're wasting on the 3 people they replaced Holley with.

I only watch the rerun now...and only the actual qualifying segments. It's that bad.

It just blows my mind how something crazy will happen on the track and they’ll continue the dumb story they are talking about. Minutes later they might mention it. But no passion or anything. They should take notes from Paul Malin

I think deep down in places Blair doesn’t talk about he probably doesn’t like working with Hubbard. They have no chemistry together.

RDL should be geared toward hardcore fans. Instead it seems like they gear it to new viewers.

Jim Holley was great on TV. Brought that excited fan type of energy with a lifetime of knowledge on motorcycle racing of all types. One of the coolest dudes in moto IMO, love hearing that guy talk.

What about anal bleaching?

Thanks for the replies. I never listen to the broadcasts and don't normally get the chance to see qualifying. My wife came in and turned the sound bar on and I thought who the hell is that.

One of The problems is that Race Day Live is also the in stadium announcers now. Before Covid they had separate in stadium announcers doing all the sponsor pushing and filler and then the race day live broadcast that was only to the internet.

I think he does the PA announcing during the night show too. (At least I think he did yesterday, I was at the race)
I honestly don't know how the guy can possibly talk that much through qualifying and then do the night show too. I get exhausted listening to him during qualifying.

This is the single worst thing about Dan Hubbard on the broadcast team. I was at Glendale and at Foxboro and all you can hear is him screaming over the mic at 50,000 decibels. When he gets excited he starts screaming. I wish he could just talk in a normal voice and explain what was going on I'd be somewhat fine with it. Does anybody tell him in the inner circle?
