Ticket every single one riding a legal bike and impound them, arrest those riding stolen bikes and impound those too….those that don’t pay the moving violations will eventually roll over to warrants…and if they are caught again they’ll get arrested even if riding legal bikes. Get the city pass harsher penalties for doing it….Do it over and over and over until they stop. That will take a lot of effort, and money…. But doing nothing isn’t acceptable as it’s just emboldening them, causing more and more and more to get involved in it, which puts more and more and more innocent lives at risk with every red light they blow through and every double yellow line they cross….
Just guessing, no helmet, no tag/light/turn signals, speeding, running a red light.
In Florida, those aren't arrestable offenses. They're minor traffic violations.

I am all for arresting them., just every time I see video I realize the shit spot the cops are in, they really can't stop them, only a few individuals at a time who's likely do a shorty for what'll plead down to a misdemeanor or low level felony.
Also keep in mind, any laws you write will effect other innocent people, like normal motorcyclists or even legal motorcycle clubs. If you make a law to stop this group of motorcyclists, it applies to all.

And the cops would definitely have to be better than they’ve been…better tactics, more police, plan better, etc etc…what they are doing now isn’t working…they need to do more than they’ve been doing.
That being said. Most “White Guys” who hate the wheelie boys conveniently like to ignore the fact that the first biker Gangs in America where the white chopper gangs riding bikes made up of a bunch of stollen part and bikes going around and doing actual crime and drug trafficking and weapons running and all sorts of other crimes.
Just as the modern black and latin gangs learned gang banging from all the white gangs from the 20s who were standing on the running boards of old Plymouth cars doing drive by shootings with uzis. During the liquor wars and such.
Now they are acting like a bunch of black guys riding Offroad vehicles on the streets doing stunts and basically just showing off their wheelie skills are worse than what white men used to do for ever.
Again though I do not agree with what guys today are doing with MX bikes. I think it’s disgusting and embarrassing.
