If I see someone with a bike in a truck or at the track I'm not gonna assume they stole it no matter what the colour of their skin is..
If I see them on one breaking a myriad of other laws I'll think it's pretty safe to assume they stole it, no matter what the colour of their skin is

How do you actually stop these guys on the streets? You may get one or two, but that's nothing. Even of those two, if they do legally own it, it's pretty much moving violations, right?

If it is stolen, well, put them away.

But how do you stop 20-50-100+ riders on the streets at once. Saw one on the Turnpike in West Miami a few weeks back, police never would've been able to round up any of them unless they crashed running away.

Just don't know how to even stop them
