I think Mookie honestly said, "Fuck it, I'm over this guy running into me/through me, and I'll be damned if he's gonna walk away and have a night that puts him in control of the championship." I don't think Mookie really cared about going down or not there, just as long as Anderson was down Mookie was gonna be cool with it.

It’s just disappointing that the excitement got took out of this Championship with mookie opting for a revenge take out instead of trying to win the race or podium it, he was in 3rd I believe and Jason 2nd at the time and torpedo them both.

Anderson slamming Mookie into Tomac was him being scared Tomac was going to run away with it. Paul pulled this same shit in 2020 when he brake checked Tomac in the first turn at Salt Lake. These dudes need to race straight up and see who wins. The slamming each other is BS and telling. Anderson needs to just race with respect, he's fast and doesn’t need to race that way. Mookie is straight up tired of Anderson and good for him to stand up for himself. Sexton did awesome and he is coming back for the top three in points. Paul still no wins!!

Just re-watched. Malcolm could’ve taken an inside line, ran Anderson into the tuff blocks, and set sail after Webb.
He recovered unbelievably well from Anderson’s initial stuff job.
He had already solved the problem.
He forgot is job. He's going to feel like shit.
