No one has Wheels in the Sand pictures???

This race attracted riders from the whole North East.....and by the time we left town there wasnt a go cart still running!

I am happy to share photos I have of Wheels in the Sand Motocross. My parents started it 1982 we still have many photos.

Right now I'm still searching I haven't found any pictures yet but I did find a hand out that all the riders got at sign up. It has the sponsors and all the riders that were pre registered name,class state they live in. I just got a new computer so it might take a day or two before I can get it scanned and uploaded, hopefully I can find some pictures as well. I went there twice 1982 /83 . I like sand tracks I always did well down there because I practied at a sand track several weeks before going down there.it seemed to help a lot, sand riding is a different style it takes a little getting use too.

I was just in OC this past weekend, and it reminded me of this - 1986. Sorry they are grainy and old.
Raced there in 83' i believe also, but no pics.
