That’s because 70% of American truckers r illegals. It’s all corruption of countless levels. Even the loads available a 100 yr old co called Honeywell controls all the freight. They skim the load-take money from it then sell it to 1 of thousands of brokers. CH Robbins 1 or the biggest in the world is taking majority of the loads into there system. Skim the ld then sell them off. Double brokering is illegal. But if you pay the rt people a few million you get away with it. To make hundreds of millions. A lot of states r being cut off , co.s refusing to do buisness with them. The ones that do r way over charging. America is in a lot bigger mess rt now. But it’s not dramatic enough for tv.

The mob owned the teamsters at one time…..they wouldn’t of give two shits about that industry if it didn’t hold HUGE power. Fairly certain mob wouldn’t of tolerated the illegals and skimming off the top. Even though essentially mob skimmed. But…to reason I guess. They actually took care of their neighborhoods…..maybe. Regardless…. Jimmy Hoffa said it himself. “If you bought it, a truck brought it.”

Nurses agreee hosptials need to make money.

Nurses agree there needs to be safe staffing ratios.

Nurses agree they need supported and time off.

When I had a task force holding up a hosptial I was the CNO seeing patients 2 days 12-17 hours a day. The next two was admin with their leadership. Then next two days was back in patient care. Repeat. The entire time we were there. On the weekends the leadership team wasn’t there. And they left daily at 3pm. Disconnected. This shit needs to stop. Every meeting I came to I had stats, graphs showing trackable metrics. When they camec they had an empty steno pad each time. A new one at that. Never followed up on due outs etc. we helped as much as we could and as soon as we left it went all back to the shit can.

NOT ONE DAY DID I SEE ABYONE ON THERE LEADERSHIP TEAM TOUCH PATIENTS.

And leadership
Wonder why there’s no trust in them? DO AS I SAY. And that’s it.


Nurses see that. There core staff was motivated with our team there. Once we left. Business as usual. Mass exit. Travelers said bye too. Next batch of travelers were called up.

It’s completely fucked.

Went to two different hospitals with the same mission. Each on opposite sides of the country. SAME PROBLEMS. Imagine that. This is fixable. People need to swallow egos admit they suck, take accountability and worry about taking care of their core personelle and those core personelle will deliver when they feel supported. We shouldn’t have to lock our and organize a nursing union. If leadership would swallow the ego and wake up we could work together without unions.
Couldnt have said it any better. Its a really bad deal and these nurses can only keep this up for so long. The regular nursing staff are all over worked, under appreciated and the traveling nurses dont really care that much because they can just move along to the next place. The management seems content to keep losing regular nurses and then paying 3x as much to get traveling nurses in to fill the spots, then complain that the hospital dosnt make enough money. If they would INVEST in their regular nurses, through better wages, less bullshit regulations (vaccines), and more training to develop them further and more staff so they are not worked so many hours days and days in a row, they would have a solid core of workers who want to be there, and care about their job and patients. It keeps getting harder and harder for these nurses and there are good ones every day who say "enough is enough, Im outta here" and many of them leave the profession all togeather. Where will that leave us in the future. It "kinda" reminds me of the law enforcement. How tough has that job been here in the states, especially the last few years with all this "defund the police" "racial sensativity" and other stuff. They are no doubt losing good workers too who are fed up with all the shit. What kid in their right mind would want to grow up to be law enforcement with all this shit going on. Where is that gonna leave us in the near future? Who said it..... "if we dont turn it around now then were headed for hell"!

The mod is still involved in all the unions. We where told our laborers union pension fund is depleted because the mob lost all the money operating the Vegas casinos. I don’t think a casino on earth ever lost money.

Yep! They thought the traveling surge would just be temporary, but it is now too late and they are realizing that they need the government to step in and save their asses. I don't like that this could lead to even more government meddling in healthcare.

When I looked up and realized I was the only non-traveler on night shift making a third of what they were making, while also paying through the nose for health insurance, I knew it was time to hit the road again. We just had a baby at the same hospital that I work at and I still probably had $2,500 in bills after they took $800 per month from me for insurance.

Both sides are dug in, Trudeau isn’t a guy that seemingly will ever change his stance or admit new evidence becomes available in relation to science. He just keeps demanding one side basically to BEND THE KNEE. (When will they condemn the blockade) bend the knee you pesky citizens we aren’t listening to you….maybe they should honk more. Clearly he can’t hear them.

We have huge infection rate right now, 14 day rate is 6000 out of 100k.
But, hospitals are not overrun, death rate is low. 70% vaccination rate.
If you believe our polititians, and I really want to believe, we will be restriction free by April 1st.
