What’s up with REM Saturday MX?

My son and I were planning to race there next weekend 2/5/22. I assumed they’d be racing like pretty much every other weekend. Turns out per their site, there isn’t a race that weekend and they only show 1 race per month, and nothing beyond March. I big break from the normal. Anyone know what’s going on here?

Look at the Glen Helen schedule. They have quite a few 2 day events that use the REM track side as well. And I don’t know for sure but he might have taken some Saturdays off for local SX races as well.
I can’t say any of them is really the reason why I’m just saying check for yourself or email Frank. That’s the best way.

It's beyond frustrating.

I sure hope that Frank and GH can work out some more dates past once a month, at this rate is will be only a 12 or 13 race season.

I am not sure what is up with the REM schedule either as I do occasionally like to race with the REM crew. Check out SoCal OTMX for another option for racing on the GH main and REM track several times thru out the 2022 season. Very similar programs with a lot of the same riders racing with both organizations. https://socalotmx.org/

SRA is racing there that Sunday, the 6th. GP style- 45 minute races and long laps. Super fun!

We raced REM a couple of times in December. Frank brought it up at the riders meeting both times and apologized about the delay, sounded like they were waiting on approval of dates from GH.

That said, on the GH website they have REM dates through Aug. Multiple Saturdays scheduled each month after February.
