Yep, left in an ambulance. With the state of emergency rooms in SoCal I think I would have PVd to an urgent care. My sister sat in the ER with a possible pulmonary embolism for 24 hours. What do you think they are going to do with a broken wrist?

What are you talking about? Urgent care’s are not outfitted to fix a compound fracture.

Last time he lined up was 2019. It sucks because word is that he was looking pretty good.

Had a setback with his wrist in December and was off the bike for a few weeks. Gets back healthy and the team decide it would be best to line up in the east in order for him to get more time on the bike and he gets hurt once again.

Sadly, that's a recurring pattern with Pettis. I'm starting to think the team is going to put a stop to his SX dream. Hopefully not because he's still fairly young and he has potential.

I heard punctured lung as well and that was the reason for the ambulance ride. But maybe my info is off.

To leave in a ambo it’s definitely more than a collarbone and it seems that some folk don’t know what compound means when used to identify a type of fracture.

Whatever the case it sucks for Pettis.

If you are "Compound"? If you are compound you go straight to the hospital, not making multiple stops on the way... They WILL prioritize the injury accordingly. I'm not going to Urgent Care with multiple injuries most likely sticking through the skin... Trust me. I know...
