Since I know the MX media can't be relied upon for even the most elementary of investigative reporting, curios if any one here might know the latest status regarding BB4? I know he was in a contract dispute with RMATVMC but his deal only ran through 2021 so assuming he didn't decide to retire, shouldn't he finally be back to racing?

Similar instance with Max Markolf, who also rode for the team as an amateur. IG was all training posts, then he ghosted for a couple years, and finally gave an update saying he was out of the sport. Just seems like an oddly similar situation, how it coincidentally happened with the same team.
If the guy won't return calls or put out a press release, and is in the middle of a contract dispute that will most likely head into a legal battle, what do you expect mx media to do, go through his trash?
Make up stuff?
Let it go already........ geez
Stir and destroy
through the grapevine it’s a full blown legal case at this point. The team allegedly never paid him something like $900,000 dollars he was owed from the previous season.
IMO his chronic sore wrist cost him many more wins.

BB on a 250 for the El Chupacabra years was epic.
notice the language i used “allegedly” “grapevine”.. all of this info came from PulpMx podcast just a couple weeks ago.
sit your ego down bud. you’re on the internet
1) yes, why wouldn't I? Should i refrain from exercising my 1st amendment rights on a discussion board based on the ownership stakes of the forum or are you just concerned someone from the mx media might read and get their feelings hurt?
2) Ok so i guess you're under the impression journalism schools teach students to attempt to get the scoop directly from the subject of the story and if that doesn't work, just give up because there's absolutely no other methods for developing or sourcing reliable information?
I swear, only in MX would this fly... Serious question; Can you imagine the media response that would occur if a former champion and relatively big name athlete of any one of the major sport(e.g. NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL etc) essentially just disappeared overnight from the league without explanation? Every journalist covering said sport in any capacity would be knocking down doors and calling every name in their rolladex trying to develop sources and get the scoop in hopes of being the one to break the story. It would take 24-48hrs Mac for every last gritty detail to be out in the public domain as front page news while running on sportscenter in a non-stop loop.
Don't get me wrong, I completely understand MX isn't anywhere close to being the NFL so am fully aware it's not a fair comparison given the discrepancy in audience and journalistic resources. That said, is it really that unreasonable for me to expect, I don't know, maybe acknowledging his absense from the sport on air during a MX/SX broadcast and/or someone in the mx media publishing a substantive article within a year or two outlining the reasons behind his sudden disappearance, ideally from both parties perspectives?
I don't know, maybe I'm crazy or have unreasonable expectations for those covering the sport as their chosen profession....
