It’s taken a while, but my MC350 finally showed up. I put money down on it in May so I’ve had a while to accumulate parts…

Here’s the rundown on what all I have to bolt on:
Cone Valve forks (will revalve stock shock)
X-Trig triple clamps with phds mounts
Ti front engine bolt
CMT carbon engine hangers
Renthal fatbars
HM Designs graphics
Warp9 rims
Akrapovik Slip-on
Pro Carbon radiator covers
Blue silicone hoses

More planned such as chain and sprockets when I settle on gearing, replacing the oil circulation gear (stock is plastic), manual can chain tensioner, and other items as necessary.

And finally here is how she currently sits. Hoping I’ll have most of the build buttoned up this week.

Saweeet, read somewhere that someone said to leave a bolt out on an engine hanger for more flex, couldn’t tell if they were joking or not

I hope they were joking lol

I was informed that this engine mount/hanger setup is similar to what Barcia runs. Carbon hangers with the Ti through bolt on the front. Adds flex in some spots and reduces it in others.

I also did the fasst co brake spring kit. Mandatory on every bike I own now

Hahaha thanks Ricky. I’m just a humble sheet metal worker. My preferred arena is welding 🤟

I have been running the CMT motor hangers with titanium bolts and titanium engine mounts on my FX 350 for a bit, it’s a nice set up. I am definitely not worthy of the set up speed wise and ride a lot of single track but love it! 🤙🏻
Your bike is nice

Haven’t had time to true my wheels so I finally dropped them and a case of beer off with a friend…

Suspension is now serviced and setup for me by JMC Racing

Also added pro-carbon roost protectors to the radiators

Finally got the new 350 all finished and ready for its maiden voyage. Here’s the rundown, as it sits. Though I do plan on adding the Nihilo manual cam chain tensioner, oiler gear, and carbon cable gaurd, and possibly Traxx if I’m not satisfied with the stock one all setup.
Cone Valve forks
X-trig triple clamps and PHDS bar mounts
Renthal fatbars
Akrapovik Slip-on
CMT carbon engine mounts
Ti front engine mount bolt
Pro-Carbon radiator covers
Warp9 red wheels
Billet oil filler cap
Motoseat seat cover
HM Designs graphics

I too have a Suzuki and GasGas 😅. I nicknamed my RMZ “Homer Simpson”. It’s big, yellow, and dumb. I have a soft spot for it though. It’s my woods and conditioning bike.

Sweet build!!! Where did you find an Akrapovic exhaust? I've been searching and can't find one. Is it the same as a KTM 350 or 450? I am new to Austrian bikes.

I haven’t but thanks for bringing that to my attention. What year models? Are you sure it’ll fit up to the GasGas?

mine was off a 2016 250sxf. the 250 and 350 shared the same airboot from 2015.5-2018. i didnt have any trouble fitting it. its not gonna blow you away but you can feel the extra torque.
