Despite Gajser having 3 MXGP titles to Herlings' 1, Herlings has 8 more MXGP overall GP wins than Gajser. If that doesn't tell you who is the better rider what does?

For me, in any given race where they're both on the start line I would put my money on Herlings over Gajser as the stats clearly give the odds to Herlings.

How many wins did JH have 3 years ago when he had the same amount of time racing the premier class? Certainly it’s not unrealistic to think Gajser could win 8 more overalls in the next 3 years.

I can’t seem to figure out why you’d wanna compare 2 guys race wins when ones been racing longer. I mean hey, while we’re at it we might as well compare Herlings win total to Tom Vialle. That makes perfect sense Huh

Seriously though, I’m willing to bet JH84 would trade a lot of those race wins for 2 more titles. Anyone would (except you for some reason)

It was a great race however tbh I am a little concerned Jeffrey's going to seize this thing and runaway with it now. I have absolutely zero against Jeffrey as a person (I'd be saying the same if it were Febvre etc stretching out a points lead) I simply want this to go down to the wire, the very last race, for the sake of my own amusement. Don't care who wins otherwise - they're all unbelievable. Jeffrey made a statement there that this thing really is his to lose now. Romain and Tim need to come back hard.

So your interpretation is different to mine but that's ok. I'll just stick with the stats.

I dunno dude, every time Herlings gets another overall, he always states how closer he’s getting to 101.

I’m a big Herlings fan. I just think it’s laughable how some people write off Gajsers accomplishments. They’re both amazing but what it comes down to is these guys race for championships. Gajser currently has more premier titles than JH. That will most likely change in the coming years if JH can stay off the ground.

Incredible mountain views like in video game.
Racing seems so intense im happy to watch it from sofa.. how they can survive those first laps!
Track looks so slick and shiny at some spots they must have using some kind of traction control?

Its a beautiful place. Next year im going to go if i my budget is healthy.

And looks like its pretty hard to see the ruts and bumps with the shadows.

I dont think they use traction control, they are just so good riders that has the hability to control the bike perfect with throttle and clucth.

Prado had crash after MXGP of Spain and have some damage in his back. That crash at Trentino was sure not needed. He could be off pace again tomorrow because of these crashes.

Interesting races today! EMX250 Toendel won the Overall, amazing performance. Weckman had a great ride that second moto, very well deserved after all those injuries

Hard chargers were Farres (with 40th > 23th in moto 1 and 30th > 14th moto 2) and Frederiksen (32th > 6th moto 1 and 32th > 8th moto 2)

Lapucci had way too many crashes that second moto, but Horgmo couldn’t really make that push into top 3 to gain a huge advantage

Emil’s pace in first moto was also good, but he crashed while passing Talviku. His scrubs were also on point. All he needs is better qualifying and starts and he could be on the podium.

Great racing today , Hakon Fredierickson going 5-8 from outside the top 25 in race one and 33rd in race 2 shows why he needs to be snapped up.

He needs to be on a 450 i reckon.

And Malin always mentioning the 'nountains' as they pan across the Monster Girls, is Gold..

Lucas Coenen was 2sec faster on lap than everyone else in first race. Second one he did crash 3? times again. He seems to have pace with his Kawasaki/(KTM or Yamaha engine) Hybrid like Malin called that machine. Where was his brother?

In EMX250 there are some riders rising to top like Weckman, Toendal and Fredriksen who was fastest rider in second race. I would see these guys have proper bike next year and put whole season together. Fredriksen started with Bud Kawasaki and was no where before jumping to current Yamaha team.
