Do any companies print graphics directly on plastics yet?

I dread putting new graphics on - always.

Like sublimited into the plastic? I dont believe so.

I am the same. Id rather change 20 tires before I do graphics. Ive gotten decent at doing graphics but not something I like to do. 2-3 hours to do all my graphics how I like them. I can change over 10 tires in that time.

If you buy the graphics and plastics from Decal Works....they will install them for a nominal fee. My only issue is the brand of plastics they used to use (MX Plastics) didn't seem as strong as my preferred Acerbis. You are stuck with your choice being the plastic that they sell. I think they now use Polisport which is good but i still prefer Acerbis.

I think pretty much any good graphics place will install them for you. You can order new plastics with your graphics installed if you want.

I cant imagine print on would be any more economical because you still would need clean/new plastics to print the graphics onto.

Stock YZF graphics are printed into the shroud. It's the kind of process that needs to be completed at the factory though.

Might contact someplace that does Hydrographic transfers and see if they could do it. They can do some pretty amazing stuff, but I don't know if they could nail typical dirt bike graphics right on the mark.
