Usually when they do that they are live second moto on NBC. Unless I missed it that wasn’t the case yesterday?

I heard one of the announcers say that because the 450 title was already settled, they wanted to give the 250 guys who were still battling for the number #1 spot a chance to be racing the finale. Don’t know if that’s actually the case though.

I think it was done just to build a little more drama into the finale where there was still a championship on the line. If it wasn't for that reason, then it still worked out pretty well. I thought the 250 motos were pretty exciting, albeit from some of Jett's mistakes. Fitting end to a great year of racing.

They really wanted to build excitement into the second 250 moto.

. . . which will air for the first time later tonight on tape delay. Can't wait to see how all of the stories I've already read play out on my TV screen!

I have the Peacock app and Apple TV which allows me to restart the race from the beginning. I was a bit behind, but I finally sat down ready to watch the 2nd motos, click the race and it opens up to Jett holding the trophy and celebrating. Spoiler. lol Restarted the race anyway, and then when Jett went down I said “he’s gonna throw this thing away if he’s not careful” Laughing
