Tubes...so many choices

I'm about to order a new set of tires and I'm also going to get new tubes. Rocky Mt. and Motosport have so many tube choices it's hard to know which one to get. I guess I want to know if there is a huge difference between say a Michelin tube (upper price range) or an IRC or Kenda tube (lower price range). MX only application if that makes a difference.

Thanks!

I hate changing flats so I go a little more expensive and had good luck with Bridgestone heavy duty tubes. The more expensive tubes when I compared seems to have additional support around the valve stem area and that's the area where I've had bad luck with the stock KTM tubes. Never an issue with the Bridgestones.

I go heavy duty, but not super, extra, or whatever they call the really heavy duty ones…try changing one sometime with one of those and you’ll yell things you didn’t know you could…

3mm thick is my sweet spot for tubes. 2mm would probably be fine as well. 4mm is too thick IMO not that it would hurt anything. The tubes are actually pretty heavy when you get into the ultra super special heavy duty (4mm)

Michelin heavy duty is what I’ve been running. A little tougher to put in, but not bad

I don’t care if they add a little weight, these are the best tubes I’ve ever used. Pricey but very pinch resistant

I've had good luck with Tusk heavy duty tubes. They come in a sealed bag, which is nice for longer storage. Like others said, heavy duty is all you need. Don't forget baby powder!
