How stringent is covid testing for the racers these days?

With all the evidence that the vaccine isn’t preventing breakthrough delta cases, I really hope we don’t get a situation where a championship contender catches it and has to miss a race or more

Luckily, those vaccinated are only having mild symptoms. However, if any racer tests positive, they will probably be removed from the race, even though they could easily compete.

Yeah. I was just thinking about that other thread asking if tomac still had a chance and then thought this could be another plausible way that disaster could strike for ferrandis

Dumb question but Are they even testing the riders for outdoors? I know it was big for supercross but I feel like I haven't seen or heard of any testing going on for outdoors.
