Love your dog man! I'm in the market for a new lil buddy and there are a lot of cool pics of different breeds on this site. Makes it a difficult decision and you just added another option. 😉

No, I’m not related to David Bailey. He’s just a good friend. And a really good announcer by the way.

RC is the GOAT and he is an SME (as someone else posted), but is it just me or is the majority of his commentary repeated over and over again? Once in awhile he will bring out a one off analysis, but mostly I hear the same thing every race.

You e been around less than a year. Fuck off, newb.

The fact I’d the matter us that RC was a great racer and he is a HORRIBLE announcer. Take your tongue out of his ass and admit that he’s in a paid professional position that he’s not very good at.

All these comments about “you’re jealous and wish you could do what he does” are pathetic. His daddy bought him a mini bike, he worked his ass off and became the greatest. Eddie Van Halen was the greatest too, but he didn’t host American Idol to extend his career.

This whole Viral platform is becoming infected with weak minded, dolts. Including you.

This is motocross and Supercross. If you want correct grammar and annunciation at every turn, go watch a spelling bee and get off of Vital. Idiot!

I'm almost 63. I'm no smarter now than I was at 16 but I'm a whole lot wiser. One lesson I've learned is that there is no one that will agree with you 100% of the time. If your wife agrees with you half of the time consider yourself lucky.

I consider Ricky a legend of the sport. He's a subject matter expert. His delivery is sometimes rough but I never have any trouble following his descriptions of what's going on. This ain't ballet or some high class event. It's mud and dust, blood and bone, dog eat dog...all on a knife edge. Ricky was ruler of that arena.

I know some (most) of you disagree with me but I still think he gets a pass on his announcing skills.Blush
How can he get a pass on his announcing skills when that is his job in a primary role? Fine put him back on the sidelines chiming in here and there, but in terms of the booth he is way out of his league compared to his peers in similar situations. I like RC a lot, just not as a commentator. David Bailey and even Emig were way better.

I used to comment on all the "Rickyisms" but now I just sit back and chuckle. I think even with all his gaffes that he flowed well with Blair. I was not the biggest Blair fan going in but I thought he did a damn fine job and that he and RC worked well together.

Thank you. This is Newman the Olde English Bulldog. I just had to put him down a few weeks short of his 13th birthday. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m still in mourning. He made us laugh like no other dog. Watching him play tetherball, jump on the trampoline, skateboarding, going down the grandkids wavy slide, laying sprawled out n his water pale on a hot day, sharing every meal I’ve even had, trips to hope Depot where he acted like he owned the place and my favorite of all was going thru the drive up and watching him sit patiently until the lady handed me his Big Mac and he’d eat it in 2 bites....than fart 2 minutes later to let me know how good it was. Best dog ever. He watched every SX/National with me since the RC/Bubba days....he’d sit just like he is there

Sorry to hear about Newman. I lost my pug a few years ago and it was rough. At least you had 13 awesome years with him!

Knock it off. I had to put down my besty 2 years ago and I almost cry every time I pull up in the driveway from work. I'm sorry for your loss but I got shit to do and crying ain't on the list. (You know I'm just pokin' you). The right dog ain't just a pet...they make us better humans. My boy, ole Frankie blue eyes, a pit/bully mix told me, "whatever you want to do...fight lions, bears, zombies, aliens...I got ya. It's me and you forever." Yeah, it's like that.

No arguments from me about how good Bailey is.

Oh great now Doofus Diffey (had to listen to that annoying f&ck on Indy car this weekend) is going to be brought back and Ricky out. Oh, how will you like it when Futledge takes Ricky's spot. Careful what you wish for.
