Arm pump gadgets???

Good advice, find someone that knows how to teach. Not all fast riders can teach. Also try to work on your known weak points. Whether in skiing or motoing I usually try to focus one a skill that day. Gripping with the legs, hip positioning, weighting outside peg etc there is a million things to improve on. You can’t think about it all at once so just try to add one skill at a time. If I’m not actively working on a skill I really try to pay attention to feel. How my body is working and how the bike is working

You don’t have to be a blisteringly fast rider to feel changes in bike/body or track like some people suggest.

I once met a rider from France that raced in the US. He made it very clear to a factory team that its the bikes fault he gets arm pump and tired. He said there was no need to train to hard if the bike was good! Hmmmmm?

a workout to help arm pump is too hold a dumbell in each hand and just curl it with your wrist you will FEEL THE BURN
