I think Peacock/SupercrossLive! deserves some credit! They got some heat (from myself included) for low quality video feed at the start, but I have to say it has improved much, to the point it's very good and I'm happy to pay the 129usd. Right now, it's good. Did they improve the compression/bitrate or is it actually different production teams at various venues so the first just had some old tech Wink ?

Anyway, thank you for a good service Peacock/SupercrossLive!

They really need to work on getting the broadcast crew to zoom in to the riders a little closer. I like it when they zoom in so close they only can fit 3/4 of the bike on the screen.

ABC Wide World Of Sports, USGP of Carlsbad, I could not pause that broadcast either. It is 2021 not 1981. IMO it is rather embarrassing of NBC peacock.

I was critical at first too and I agree, it has improved tremendously. I’m thinking they underestimated the number of viewers, and didn’t dedicate the needed servers or bandwidth or whatever to match the demand, which caused shitty quality for some and good quality for others. It seems they have it sorted now.

Except for missing the last lap pass by Cooper on Plessinger I thought Daytona was best camerawork to date. I know they felt compelled to go full screen for Eli’s finish but I wish they would have at least put the Cooper pass on the smaller screen.

I especially like when we get the blimp view on the tiny screen Wink

It's been a perfect picture for me from the start.

I agree, I get it for free or should I say included with my cable subscription to Comcast but the quality is great and best SX viewing experience I've had so far out of any network (only been watching religiously for 6 years) . Not like Fox where they would switch channels between races messing up your recordings and other channels where they'd let other stick and ball sports run late over the races.

Peacock is fine.

SX production crew: not so much.
