I’ve seen a lot of the training videos for MX training!
But does anyone know of or seen any for Gncc type racing?

Racer X Virtual Trainer (racerxvt.com) has a whole section for off-road. I used to do the paid service and it had an option for off-road, too. Definitely worth a look

Do your regular weight training in the off-season with whatever cardio you like on non-weight days. Mountain biking was the best thing for me when possible.

Most GNCC guys train on moto; maybe just some longer motos (40 vs 30, etc.). Find any track or place that gets roughed up, ride late in the day, something to simulate riding on as much rough terrain as possible.

I race Pro/AA up here in Canada. Recently posted my training program coming into the 2021 season. At least gives someone an idea of what I do, even at my age...First race is in 7 weeks.

Our 2020 season was canceled so I spent the last 18 month solely lifting (which doesn't transfer well over to biking), but have now changed my program more specific to racing...

i would love to have some home workouts for gncc/off road racing... i ran the whole local series last year and did ok, last race was 11/20 and didnt ride again until this past weekend for round one of the gncc.... i tried to stay on the studio bike and train in zone 2 to help... well round 1 was pretty rough race with 700+ in the am race and it was rather soft for the most part... i got zero arm pump with the zone 2 training, where i normally pump up pretty quick... i am unsure if i felt like i had more or less in the tank as it was a more demanding race then the past few last year...

overall my only training for 3 months was 80% zone 2 on the stationary bike with 20% endurance and strength

what i feel i need to work on it more core strength, and flexibility

i dont have a home gym or weights and not planning on joining a gym lol

Cardio and then Race the local races. TCCRA/TORN/TORCS and do some local MX races. Lots of practice in riding those plus training. Oklahoma has some good racing too.

Hour motos on a short turn track. Doing this type of training will improve your conditioning and more importantly your mental toughness. It’s hard af to stay in the mental war zone for 2 hrs.
