Residency and testing.

Just had a crazy idea relative to the riders spending a week at these venues. How difficult would it be let them have a practice/testing day on Thursdays right at the stadium? I'm sure I'm going to get plenty of comments as to why not but I wonder if anyone even thought of it?

They are probably still building the next track and moving any infrastructure that needs moved?

The biggest track changes happen during that break.

Having 12 practice sessions, 3 heats, 3 main events in 8 days.... I think that's plenty.

Yes I'm sure your right. It's just a crazy thought for when they are in a city like Indy and it's cold and snowy out.

A good idea but in addition to the track changes, there would probably also be additional insurance costs to Feld or the teams to be able to have riders on the track another day.
