Could have sworn it said said upcoming start for today's LL Quals was showing 10:10 PDT. But when I checked it a little early qualifying was almost over? WTF!

I actually called them (toll-free in USA) and they answered. They said it was a mistake on their end and the guy apologized several times. Maybe if more of us let them know how frustrating this is they will get things working better.

Under your sign-in there should be a pull down menu with a Support option and a Contact option. There is also an email option By Form .

Also he confirmed that the Full Event Replay is uploaded anywhere from 2 to 5 hours later. Looks like they already have today's Qualifying up.

It also said 3pm and 5pm. I thought they had pushed it back. So I missed my fantasy picks!

I'm still not able to see 450 motos from either last week or this week. I was emailing with someone in the Customer Support department who was trying to tell me I 'wasn't logged in right'. I've been paying for/using this service for THREE YEARS. I know how to use it.

Either on my desktop PC or Apple TV I'm only able to watch 250 motos. 450s don't even appear.

What the hell is going on over there.

I would just call them instead of going back and forth with email or chat. It's toll free.

How do you guys have this much trouble with the app? If you log in and go to your subscriptions and click motocross. Everything that’s happening for mx that day is going on, shows what’s on live and then the replays right after that. I’ve never once had a problem with this app other than them cutting to commercial during a moto.

You probably aren’t logged in right then. Most people get the gold membership and log into the normal nbc sports app. Download gold and the normal app. It redirects you from gold to the normal one when you log in on the gold one. Go to the motocross section. Then you shouldnt have problems.

Yeah, except mine isn't showing 450s.

I'm trying XBOX One app, Apple TV app, and the desktop website (GOLD). I assure you I'm logged in correctly as I've double, triple, and quadruple checked. Relogged in. Rebooted. Everything.

Again, I've been using this service for 3 years, not like I signed up yesterday or anything.
