Really nice build mate. We too are in the 'no kids club', and the wife is a rider, so spending $ on bikes (our kids) is all the fun!

Heck I never thought about that but seems correct. I picked a little bottom end as well.

Thank you very much. I tend to way over spend on our builds but it really makes me happy. Like you mentioned the “no kids club” means our bikes are our kids. I will post up pictures of my wife’s CRF195f when it’s done. It’s pretty incredible for sure.
Wish we were closer, we would do a couples rip!

New graphics are in the mail, plastics are ready and so I am for a new look. The rear shock spring will actually be a different color but got tired of chasing the color I wanted, the chrome doesn’t look too bad, it’s the base color.

Thank you bro!

Instead of a teal KTM front end I am doing a Nardo grey KTM front with a ‘19\’20 KTM front number plate which has actually changed since the ‘18 front number plate I installed.

I am using MPDECALS again from Chile... Yes Chile. The graphics show up in 3 days, you can change the graphics a million times to your liking for free and honestly $250 bucks for custom graphics anymore is the norm.

New Kenda Washougal 2 tires on during the day, new Emig grips and Acerbis hand guard flags on tonight.

The plastics need to be cleaned with alcohol, graphics arrive next week and then the painful task on installing the new graphics

Any updates on your progress? I picked up a '17 KTM 350 XCF that I'm knee deep into building. Will be a nice compliment to my 250 smoker. Used a lot of que's and stuff from your build. How did you find the DCR cams? I'm starting to save up for an engine overhaul in the winter hopefully.

The wife and I are actually doing the new graphics tonight, she is much much better at installing graphics than I am and I am stoked to have her.
Really really cool my build gave you some ideas, honestly I went way too far but it makes me so damn happy building bikes. Right now I am stuck with a tough decision of buying a new rad dirt bike or a New Krash Industries Reaper jet ski. The wife said only one, she is alll Dave Ramsey right now, we just finished baby step 4 and it’s tough to get her to budge on fun. Of course her plan is better than mine.

The DCR cam I bought used and to be honest he is the best. I just searched his website and it seems he has moved away from MX cams. What a damn shame IMO. I think you will be extremely happy with a twisted development mapped Vortex ignition and a high compression piston.

Thank you sir! The look is not for everyone but it’s me, the graphics being installed today will only me more me/unique. It does not even come close to the awesomeness of your build, Honestly your bike is the second best built Honda ever, unfortunately Toyko_Tiddler dedication has you beat by a very very small margin.

Yeah, I couldn't find much info on DCR. Looks like he still makes the billet cams but only for certain models. I only hear good things about TD and I might go that route. I know Proven Moto has some experience on the 350 and supposed has great cylinder/head mods as well.

I'm already knee deep in my 350 build:
Suspension will be going to N2D next week hopefully for:
Lainer Epica cartridges
K tech Bladder
(I just got the luxon linkage and knuckle in, really incredible work and product)
Have a Rekluse Radius Cx (run it on my 250 two stroke)
XTrig Triple Clamp
Mako360 mount for Xtrig
I'm going to RaceTech Gold Valve to the HPSD 24mm damper tonight
Yoshimura exhaust
FasterUSA wheels
ICW radiator bracing
Two Stroke Cage/Filter
Grunt Manifold
Anti-Gravity Restart Lithium Battery
TrailTech 80w Stator
Nihilio Billet throttle housing
Honda rear axle
And a bunch of other small goodies.

Going to wait and break in the rest of and do the engine work hopefully around the 150 hour mark (It's at 110 right now)

Looking forward to the new graphics, those look pretty sharp and unique.

Holy shit dude!!! That’s one hell of a build! You didn’t mess around one bit!
1. Very very curious on the Lainer kit, I am so stoked someone has gone that direction. He is so awesome on the phone and has has great customer service. If I didn’t have the Dal Soggio Sphere Kit I would have his kit.
2. The Luxon linkage and knuckle are too incredible! Unfortunately they don’t make it for my bike but will be installed 💯 % on the new bike.
3. I really hope you enjoy the Racetech Gold valve on the Showa. Go stiff for sure.

Who did the cross haching on the fork/shock for you? And how much they charge?

The N2Dirt knuckle is a nice add on to that 350. Gets ride of the funkyness with that particular rising rate on that bike

Fresh frame guards, new black ignition/case bolt, new Kenda tires, titanium mid pipe bolt, rear shock bolts, rear axle nut, and rim locks. Dubya Black rear brake reservoir cap. New gold X ring chain. New acerbis force hand guards. Oil change.
I got 84 titanium bolts total which is equal to take a shit before a race weight loss.. lol

Nice bike. Sure you spend a lot, but you also aren't buying a new bike every year. And it seems you enjoy the build and changing it up.

If the wife is a Ramsey fan, she's a keeper. Listen to her.

How's that 280MM MotoStuff rotor? It's on my wish list, Is it worth the price. I like a lot of front brake.

Yes I tend to spend wayyyy to much on bikes but I truly enjoy buying/testing out new parts. It’s basically second to riding for fun to me.

We are on Baby step 4. Pretty stoked she has helped us get this far. Debt free in 2 years as well.

The 280mm motostuff disk is incredible. It will stop a freight train and then some. I was able to snag the front and rear used from a Vital member.
