Don't buy a 19' kx250. The sff forks are shit. Go pick up a 20 kx250 I got one in march for less than 6k out the door. Dealers are full of shit on prices one will tell you 7400 and another will tell you 5900 for same bike so call around. Worse you will have to do with the 20' kx is softer fork springs but you would be doing that on the rmz anyways. But kx is a strong motor right away. Never rode an rmz, imagine it's usable and good at b class level

Not to mention the reduced price I've seen on some. I wrote off the Yamaha, which I know is an awesome bike, because of the wide feeling (I'm on the smaller side, I want a bike with a compact feel, and a lot of folks say that's the KX). Love Hondas, but I'm probably the only guy that didn't like all the changes they made on the 18 250 (turned into more of pro-level bike, from what I've read, like the KTM and the Husky, producing peak HP at high revs). I think it's going come down to actually going to the dealer and sitting on them, hopefully a test spin if the dealer has an area nearby where I can do that. Thanks again!

The YZ looks wide compared to the Suzuki but the Suzuki looks really narrow. The KTM looks wide to me.

Yeah, and the YZ looks heavy, so better go with something that looks lighter like the KTM. The Suzuki looks fast.

The Suzuki with set up suspension, Works Chassis engine mounts and a Yoshimura full exhaust would be a great package

The Kawi with set up suspension, lower bars(IMO) and PC exhaust would be a great bike.

In stock form so could get along with the Kawi better if I had to choose 1. But either bike at a good deal, you will be stoked. Just get the suspension set up for you. I’m 165lb and both bikes were too stiff for me.

As mentioned the 20 kx250f has nice forks right off the showroom floor. I would bet with a little digging you can find one for the same price of the 19. A few months ago We bought a 20 kx450 from out of state for 7500 and just had it shipped to us. Well worth the $300 shipping. I see no reason you cant do the same with the 250! Happy hunting!
