Hey guys Im having issues with my cr not running correctly. Bike is ported with vforce reeds, pipe, silencer and lectron carb. Fresh top end, power valves serviced and a new servo motor. I run 50/50 mix Sunoco standard and 91 at 32:1.

Bike is not as snappy off bottom, flat on top and worse at altitude even with lectron. I've noticed more splooge than usual. Before this, the bike was an animal and ran great. I've checked the reeds and all seem to be ok. Electronics are within spec. The only thing I have not checked would be the rectifier/regulator and cdi. I even sent the carb back to lectron thinking that was the problem, but they checked it and sent it back exactly to the same spec when the bike ran great. All my issues started after coming back from the sand dunes where the bike ran great. I did replace the ring after the trip too. Any ideas?

Did the problem begin Only after you changed the ring?

No, after Pismo trip where the bike ran great, I took it to the dirt a few weeks later and that's when it started running weird so I assumed it was the ring. I replaced the ring and still runs terrible.

More oil in the exhaust would leave me to believe it’s a low compression issue, or maybe a possible wet side crankseal leak... how did the bore look/ measure

My 05 started running poorly with a lot of spooge. I had the crank seals replaced and planned to replace the silencer packing because I assumed it was dripping with oil. When I took the silencer apart, I found the perforated core (under the oil-soaked packing) was falling apart and broken. I found a new core, put new packing in, and the bike ran like new. It sounds a lot better too.

I compression tested it and the compression was fine. But I'm thinking about taking it apart and checking power cables and bore

I'll have to check that out, it's been a while since I've repacked it . I was also thinking the servo motor isn't getting enough power to move the power valves and the only thing that I have not tested is the rectifier.
