Did that nearly happen?

First they pick up ex TLD KTM engine builder Ryan Cox, then Dungey. They have ties through WP with their suspension services so were they going down this route until Honda stepped up it's support or some sort of legals, hence the sudden and questionable departure of Dungey and subsequent deleting of his Honda posts?

I know these are long bows but is it feasible?

No-one has really given an answer for Dungey that is without conjecture so these are my thoughts.

Fair play to Ziggy, Jeff and crew if it got them some extra support and funds.

Huh? I seriously doubt this rumour, given Honda has supported this team for years. Never seen WP units on their bikes, so not sure why those 'ties' mean anything.

The 150’s had it on the amateur team so although they’re not technically wrong, it’s quite a reach.

No, it was never going to happen.

KTM had no idea Dungey was going to work there

I heard from a good source that Dungey quit because of the work load. Is that true? I don’t know. He seems salty about something when he took everything Honda off his social media.

KTM is salty at him and took pictures of him down in their offices. I know that KTM wanted him more involved and he refused and then shows up at Honda.
