More than $100, but this 10’ folding ramp has been great with my Tacoma.

I don't mind towing my trailer other than my round trip to/from track is 160 miles and I only get 9.3 mpg towing the trailer running 83 mph. Without the trailer I get around 13 mpg at the same speed.

Those titan ramps are bad ass. Spend the money once and youll never regret it. Get the wider longer ones so you can walk right up next to the bike easily. I have one thats 6' long and about the width of the tailgate and walk right up zero issues. For your taller truck tho youll want longer than 6' as you already mentioned.

Yeah, I've got their website open right now. Good looking ramps in 8', 9' and even 10' and reasonable priced. I might just get a 10' as there's really no penalty I can see for going as long as possible provided it will fit in my 5.75' bed with the tailgate up.

This is the ramp I used on my Chevy Trail Boss (exactly same truck but no options hehe).

Super easy to put the bike inside with the step up. The bike stay there so you can climb inside the truck bed easily using your stand as a stair. I miss my Ford step up but the stand do the work just a little more logistique. I used this ramp also in the uphill position with good success because something I'm just little lazy to park the truck the backward.

Used this one on my 4" lifted Dodge with 35" tires: https://www.harborfreight.com/super-wide-tri-fold-loading-ramp-90018.ht… I currently use it on my 2 wheel drive Chevy. The extra width is simply awesome at the end of a long riding day, and it's actually easy enough to walk the bikes up with the engine running. I have other ramps, but always go back to this one.

And yes, I used the lift and tires on my Dodge to get my son and I way out in the desert to go camping many times.

Hey guys, new to posting, but been reading forever. Should have made an account long ago. Anyways, OP, this is the ramp you need.

https://www.amazon.com/Extreme-Max-NR002S-SLVR-Motorcycle-RampXtender/d…

I have one (similar, but the brand must have closed up) and it is awesome. Long, wide, and doubles as a bed extender. Even latches by buckling into your tailgate latches. just open the tailgate with the normal handle and it's unlocked. I highly recommend. I've had mine for 9+ years and it's still my go to, even with only 1 bike for a track day.

As I stated in my original post this is what I've been using for 30+ years. Same board no less for that 30+ years. I've actually grown attached to it. I want to be able to close my tailgate and the wooden board is too long. This is the only reason I'm looking for a folding ramp that will cut it's length in half when folded allowing me to close my tailgate.

Anyone buy the step ramp?

They come in two lengths, one longer for lifted trucks.

I have a lifted truck (4in size of the lift and my pee pee) and only thing about a hitch carrier is you will need a longer ramp than what comes with it to get the bike loaded.

I'm wanting to buy a folding aluminum ramp for loading my bike into my truck. I can't seem to be able to find guidance on the optimum length. Truck is a 2019 GMC AT4 1/2 ton which sits 2" taller than a standard GM 4x4.

I see a lot of 7.5' ramps out there but I believe they will be too short making for a very steep approach angle. I'm thinking 9', 9.5' or 10', however, 9.5' and 10' folding ramps are hard to find at a reasonable price. I'm not wanting to spend much more than $100. Harbor Freight has some nice ones but they're only 7.5'.The tailgate height of my truck is 38.5". A ramp that is about 15" wide would be fine but I could live with any width if the price is right.

If you have a link to something that you feel would fit my needs I would be very grateful. TIA.

Get a Ready Ramp and ride it in.

Think mine are 9ft, truck has a 6in lift and 35s. Kind of a pain in the ass to lug, but I feel safe/comfortable both pushing or riding up the ramps

Guys, thanks for all the input. I bought a 9' Titan folding ramp off eBay for $105. shipped. I got a bit lucky as I bought it directly from Titan as it was their listing and the description said it was discounted as it had a scratch on it. I think it will work well for me. Again, thanks.
