I bet she will give Ashley more than she wants this year. She is serious showing desire to better her craft......

She was chubby when she had the number 1 plate. Can you imagine that? Most people with that bulk, can't stay on the gas like that. Good for her.

If a woman says she lost 30 pounds, it's more like five, or ten, pounds...

JP$ is no pushover, she will race for it every moto.
It's going to be fun to watch the girls race this year, good on DC for hooking that up on the same day as the Big Show.

Patterson will win the title back in IMO this yr. She had 2 shitty moto's at the first 2 races and Ashley pretty much got to race pressure free.

Hannah didn't have too many friends on the track in his day.

She gets along with me...but there are a lot racers that don't mingle with there competitors. No denying her skill and speed. She will be up front this year.

I hope in addition to losing the weight she has gained some class and maturity. I was at the finish line at Washougal a couple years ago when she PUNCHED the racer (Geiger?) who beat her in the head after losing by a bike length.

Usually if anyone says anything but good things about JP they get piled on so I usually dont say anything, but the only time I ever talked to JP in person she came across as an arrogant bitch. But I dunno, that was just once at Cycle Ranch and maybe she just had a bad day?

Ive ran into Sarah Whitmore several times at races, and no matter how tired/beat she looked from racing a moto, she always smiled and had a nice thing to say to me. Even at Freestone when it was a gazillion degrees and she was wore totally out. Regardless where she finishes Im a fan for that and root for Sarah. It is THE FANS who pay their salary and some of these racers need to remember who pays the bills.

Can someone explain to me (a non-American) why the hell some people but a $ after their initials????

To me it seems like the kind of people that put 22 inch rims on their rusted up 30 year old car....or the kind that ride with #420 or #69.....or someone who wishes they were a rapper....

Whatever it is....I don't get it.
5/20/2009 7:51am
What is with the #420 that it gets in that list? I don't get it.
5/20/2009 7:55am
I kind of classify goons and 30k millionaires in the same class....
5/20/2009 7:59am
I get where you was going and all. I understand the meaning of the #69. Does #420 have some kind of weird meaning or something I don't know about. I don't get the #420 part. What does it mean. I might try something new tonight. Smile

FlickifFlat, 420 is the police radio code used to describe Marijuana activities--dealing, use, etc.

yea and Ashley was racing with a broken wrist!!!! so dont go giving that #1 plate to JP just yet!! it will be a good fight for the #1 plate but i still think Ashley will take it (GO CHAMP!!!). yea JP has is not a favorite amongst the other racers who seem to get along BUT ive never heard anything bad about her when she's at the local tracks. she gains more fans by her interactions with the fans at the tracks cuz she's very approachable and friendly from what i hear.... looks like all th classes this year will be very competative!!
