A2 split lane Stewable?

Rewatched the race last night and was surprised no one tried to quad in on the outside option of the split lane. Maybe it wasn’t worth the risk but it seemed to me like they had the speed to pull it off.

It took quite awhile for the guys to get the 3 on and if you watch the helmet cams, you'll see a lot case marks on the front of the table. They were working pretty hard to get the 3 on and having to sit into it pretty deep. Perhaps with a completely fresh corner, but once a rut formed I don't think it would've been do-able.

What about 'crossing' the lanes? Is that a no-no?

Quite a few guys tried it in practice, you could clip it first session and I saw K-Roc trying to clean it up. But before the second time session they added a knuckle to the end of the table to assist with the step off portion...so you couldn’t clip anymore without going straight over the bars.
