Im liking Cooper for this West title. It aint always the hare that wins the race, or in this case title. Especially after Dylan's move last night, Im rooting for Cooper more than ever.

In the future i’d like to see vital not axe 10 threads in 5 minutes when something big goes down. I’m not sure the first amendment exists here anymore. 🤷🏽‍♂️

In the first 2 races he looked like the fastest dude on the track. Last night he was ok. But he still finished great. He's a good starter. He's in the drivers seat for sure.

A couple more falls like that and he may not become what everyone expects. In order to finish first, you must first finish.

Name some of the great riders that have had success that didn’t start out like this you all forget cooper didn’t do his first year crashed out first round ,sexton crashed out first year ,Forkner had crashes so did Ferrandis his first year also AC and some of those are current 3-4 in battle for championship ,what about Ricky’s first year ? Even he crashed a lot ,so there is truth in what you say but crashing is part of the process and this sport that makes these riders fast as f and those riders end up battling for the championship once they iron out their mistakes ,not the riders in 6th that are at least 2secs off the pace they will be solid and benefit on other “fast “ riders mistakes but at the end of the day you have to have speed first to be able to win and this kid has shown that for the last 2 weeks ... Mistakes are part of life and learning and it will be a waiting game to see how this pans out but he has never been a flash in the pan kid has had a pretty amazing style and speed going back to his world 65 title he won back when the USA riders use to send some of their best .They have just grown up in different environment to his competitors so that’s what makes this pretty cool it’s his adaptation to wherever he races .

Im not saying they havent crashed hard or learned the hard way. If we go back and watch AC's career he had a great start in sx then he got injured and he never really did return to winning until last yr.

Next RC or James is just one crash away from being in a wheelchair the rest of their lives. Thats the reality of the sport.
