• replaced both check sleeves with 2.88mm long sleeves, stock is 1.88mm. Allows free flow after the compression stack and reservior.

Just cut it with a standard new hack saw. Used tape to mark the cut line. Then a sharp file to clean it up.
Note: You'll need to cut more off of the actual perforated exhaust pipe as it will be about 1/8" or so long and you won't be able to get the end cap back on. The perforations break off easily so you can do that with pliars or whatever.

It will be a little louder but seems snappier. But it's a 450, so much power anyway. But the looks are better.
