I think you need some new friends. That's a solid NOPE. I'd be concerned about the shape of the cylinder as well.

I'm impressed you actually sprayed degreaser into the exhaust port and on the piston before hoseing it all out with water so people can get a nice clear pic to diagnose the problem?...

Impressive!...

They always say...send it lol I'm like dude that is why your bike always fucking up and never sends shit but pistons to hell. I know what's wrong tho.. the cylinder is fucked like I expected before putting it back together and needs replated. Im going to take it back apart and rebuild it correctly. I'm going to send my crank off to be balanced then I'm going to send my cylinder with new piston off to be re plated and matched to piston size...

Wow, I didn't even catch the water in there. He should be fine if he re-seats the rings with gorilla glue, and uses
WD-40 to help disperse the water.

Here's my piston on my 01 CR 250 at 27 hours. I replaced it as a little dust managed to get inside my cylinder. I swapped out my carb in the dark and didn't get the boot on right. Very hard tight spot to get to. I had the same scoring on my cylinder as the piston. It ran fine. It started fine. I strip my bike down after each ride and caught it. It cost me a replate on top of a new piston. Mine isn't as bad as yours. So no, I wouldn't ride it as is. .

The whole “send it” thing is played.

Yea.. I think cylinder was not tightened down correctly because it was leaking around seal but I fixed that.. also it was out of time bad and cylinder had a little piece of the coating chipped off of it so I think that's probably what's happening
