LL riders to Unadilla classifications

How are LL debutants at Dilla allowed to run group A qualifying ? This is regardless of a LL Title or not. Shouldn't they be in the B group ? I'm not sure if this was brought up in a previous thread or not. Logically I would have them in the B group. I'm baffled.
DC can you clarify?

That's 10% of the field from this years rookies...I'd say the kids are ok!

Thanks all. That makes sense. I was thinking maybe the Ams who were under Geico (Amsoil for the amateurs) was somehow related. The top finishers do make more sense, and fair
