I know some of you are searching for the next Chosen One to knock James off the top, and because RV had two wins down the stretch(while James was sewing up the title) he's gonna be The One.

well, here's your chance to put your money where your mouth is.

I'll take bets totaling $1000 from any who want a piece for next years SX title. The only stipulation is they both have to be on the gate at A1.

first come first serve.

I don't have anything against him, or for James particularly, but damn, enough is enough.

Anyone would be foolish to bet against James.

Dean my friend, that's not a very smart move. Someone always comes along to knock the king off his throne. Ryan is on top of his game right now and has a year of experience under his belt.

You had better invest Huck's money and hope for the best, just in case it's time for a new king.

I wouldn't put my money on it, but I wouldn't have put money on RC beating McGrath before the '01 season either...

Jim, he's 23 years old and still learning how to win. I like his chances against anybody.

people knocked him for his win or crash style and now that he rides smart when he needs to, people are already doubting him.

the offer stands

too many variables in the outdoors. I reserve the right to see what kind of schedule he announces, if any.

We've been hearing about James for years..it's time for a new kid in town.

James will still win, but RV will win more often then not.

I'll take that bet.

Even Ryan admitted on the podium James wasn't going to challenge him. Don't be fooled by how James rode that race. Plus that track really favored Ryan, IMO.

Sometimes after a rider like James has proven himself, over and over, he decides to move on. James has already proven himself and he may be ready to move on. I can assure you that money is not a factor and James has be doing this since he was on a PW 50 so I can guarantee you that there's not much time left before he's over it.

James has worked hard all his life and you or I don't know when he will say, "That's enough". May be next year, may be three or four years from now, but that day is coming.

Just hope you don't throw away a grand betting on when James has had enough.

it would be nice to see james race outdoors. i think rv would learn alot quicker and he has determination like RC. Just like when townley rode the lites in 07. he pushed RV to a new level that might have taken ryan a little longer to get to with the competetion he had at the time. james could do the same to ryan, wouldnt that be cool to see. look at how much harder alessi started to push last year outdoors with james. he was clearly the 2nd best rider period

lol...RV looked REAL FUKING GOOD...DAMN FUKING GOOD indeed. Could he have beaten james if james was't eyeing the title up? I don't know...probably not but RV is a legitimate title stealer for 2010 if he can ride like that all season....no doubt about it.

Well, you're gonna get about a three week break. And then you are going to hear about him again. Alot.

Why only a $1,000,

Villopoto is the man and is the next chosen one!!!!!!! Let's crank up the bet since your so confident in Bubba.

And how could anyone be sick of hearing about RV when the boards are filled up with JLaw garbage and other crap that has nothing to do with racing.

At least all the talk about RV, good or bad, is about RACING!!!!!!

Blubba easily should have had this years sx title in the bag........ but, he ended up barely winning....... shows the beauty of what MC accomplished in years pasts (against much deeper fields)....

confidence is the most dangerous of things....... RC never would have allowed anyone to pass him without getting them back during his most dominant of times...... Blubber didn't really seem to care as he watched RV motor away...... winning the last sx of the season will set RV up Very nicely for the 10' season...... RV is much more the win no matter how fast he has to go rider than Reed ever was....

well 1000 is about as high as I'm gonna commit to 8 months ahead of time, not knowing who I'm betting against or who's gonna be on what team or bike next year.

I've "known" Huck on this board for a few years now, and I don't know you from shit. Maybe I should have tied the bet amount to the post count. You've got 131 so that's what your credit is with me.

So, how much do you want, tough guy?

It will be real interesting to see what happens after Villopoto runs 24 outdoor motos on that factory Kawasaki, then does the MXDN and the U.S. Open. That's a lot of races and a lot of times to get even faster than he was last night when he won.

Post a reply to: I've heard about enough of RV for a while
