I broke the right crankcase on my 04 Rm250.
Will 04-08 cases interchange?

They should, but you always want to keep a matched set since the bearing bores are line honed together.

Look for a complete bottom end if you can.

according to Partzilla 03-06 all share the same crankcase, both left and right.

Thanks! I wonder what they changed for 07.
I'm not sure.... if anything changed, I've always been under the impression that the 06 - 08 were the same, that the most refined engine changes were in 06 and carried on until 08, the last year of production.

But.. according to Partzilla the 07-08 share the same cases.

you should be able to take the cylinder off then flip it on the side and just change the case no need to remove clutch cover or anything on the right side

I have it all the way apart Pete. A shift shaft somehow broke through the stop to the clutch side of the center case. It may be weldable but I’m not talented enough to do it myself.
