I was hoping to have more information before posting again. The issue with the patent is real, and we our working with a legal team to see what our next move is. We had no idea such a basic idea would have a patent on it, don't get me wrong I am not knocking DW, I wish I would have had enough foresight to patent it. I take total responsibility for not doing the research to determine if a patent was filled.

After our next meeting with the legal team I will post and keep everyone updated. We will be replying to each email and DM as soon as we have updated information! THANKS for all the kind emails and messages.

I know this is a old thread but even if you did a patent search patent searches don't always show everything that you are searching for.     Years ago I was working on a product for a snowmobile part and I knew of some products close to mine that were patented so I hired a Patent lawyer to do a patent search and he didn't even come up with those known products in his search, I don't know if he worded something wrong in his search or he was just lazy and gave me the first patents that came up which were not really close to what I had him searching for and called it a day.
