Cool stuff. I would suggest you change the thread title to "New facility in Belgium capable to welcome international riders". In term of marketing you can also add that it is like going to the "european mecca", all the foundation of mx starts here (which explains why there are so many tracks), similarly to when international mx fans come to the US they go 95% of the time to California.

It looks particularly interesting for someone coming from the overseas because bikes can be rented. You may need to re open a mxdn specific thread in a month or so because maybe more people will be planning a MXdN trip and I think some would enjoy a few rides on the nice tracks you have nearby. Maybe contact mxdn team managers or riders (see list in youthstream results) to make sure you are full during that period. And as the mxdn is often held in europe, your place could become a regular venue. Good stuff to ask some jerseys or collectibles Wink

Last but not least, you could partner with a few riders/professors to make a riding school, to make sure the facility is full at least 4 months per year (about 2 months in summer, 1 month in february, 1 month in april), as well as contacting all team managers & riders, I am sure quite a few riders who want to prepare their season or specific races will be interested.

Good luck !

Motocross tracks in Industrial areas can work if they’re done well.

In Lommel have installed cameras that include a siren if the rider fell. That's great!)))

Man that looks like an awesome set up! I have been meaning to do a euro vacation to the Benelux area to include Germany. I was stationed in Fulda there with the Army from 91-95 and haven’t been back to visit! I would love to incorporate a couple days riding, is there a way to request a different brand than KTM? I am a Kawasaki guy but I guess beggars can’t be choosers!

Can you write exactly which motorbikes you need, how much and when you plan to come?
